Great size, very good look and quality for the price. He stands on my shelf next to Diamond Select's Thor and Loki (just as good.) I did have the same issue as some other reviewers with tight joints. The right arm was the most difficult to move, but I did like another reviewer mentioned and used needle nose pliers (well padded with a rag) to carefully bring the arm down. It worked perfectly. My Cap does not stand very well on his own; he tends to fall backwards (only my Loki stands on his own; he has (and needs) four points of contact with the shelf) but using a bit of cardboard held between two books on the shelf behind him to prop him up is working very nicely. I also find it a bit funny that he's holding his shield on the same side as his thigh holster, seems like a bad idea in battle...but I love that you can take his sidearm out of its holster. Although, safely kept the gun for him since it is so tiny and he would lose it. I also kept the shield for him. He knows where to find if needed. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Captain America Just Got Owned, December 7, 2012 = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: Diamond Select Toys Marvel Select: Captain America The First Avenger Movie Action Figure (Toy) My youngest son used to bother me about Captain America, Spiderman, the Hulk or any of the Marvel action superheroes. However, no matter how hard I try I just couldn't find any of these action figure heroes on any of the toys stores in our area. That became a burden to me knowing that my kid really loves these guys. Then someone told me to try online shops especially here on Amazon, and lo and behold there it is. One of my son's favorite action figure which is Captain America is being sold right here at such an affordable price. Unlike the ones that are being sold in some toy stores, this Captain America toy is not easy to break. This simply means that even if my boy will play rough with this action figure, you are assured that it will not break easily and will last until my son grows out of it. How fantastic!
